Red wine from the terrace (or rather from the swimming pool!) par excellence, it's like a rosé in the skin of a red, all in freshness and fruit, serve very chilled to drink in large sips!
Here everything is allowed (and tried) with the Frontenacs! Natural fermentation in whole bunches (semi-carbonic) for one part, the whites, grays and blacks equally. Direct black press fermentation in amphora for another and natural de-stemmed fermentation for the rest. Bottling, without fining or filtration. No sulfur added.
