The wine is fermented in steel vat with 15-20 days of maceration and 50-100% stem inclusion depending on vintage, and raised over winter with one racking: unfined, unfiltered, and no added SO2.

- Alfredo Maestro

Grapes: 100% Tempranillo

Region: Spain / Castilla y León

ABV: 13.0%

Vintage:

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0613/6728/8062/files/Newarrivalpic_a9a68a5a-81f4-4b19-9cdd-20bcad86d43e.png?v=1792596214
