Mixing fermentation like sick beats... or beets? This sour is created using 140lbs of hand peeled, chopped beets in the kettle. Dropping all the beets, we've mixed tart, earthy, fruity, and citrus flavours. One last thing to do after cracking one of these babies open is TURNIP THE BEET!
