We transform the local grapes of the region into the most elgant and delicious wine full of black cherris, black pepper, licorice, smoke and leather. On the palate, the spice is enhanced by notes of tobacco which releases the terroirs in the wine. Pairs best with grilled meats, mushrooms and umami flavours.
