For this beer, we used the classic trio of freshly harvested hops: Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe, which were frozen before being pelletized. This helps preserve the delicate nuances of fresh hops, both physically and aromatically, while also retaining their lupulin content.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"auto\"\u003eThe result?
