We took notes from our peers on the west coast for which this style is named and omitted the caramel malt from the grain bill to let the citrussy, tropical, slightly piney realness of the meticulously selected melange of hops shine through. What it “lacks'' in maltiness, it makes up for in balanced drinkability. We’d call it more of a toss-and-take than a give-and-take. So, why, oh why don’t you grab some for yourself?
