The same goes with New England IPAs. Hoppy and hazy? Yeah, that’s a good start. But once you start tweaking the malts, balancing the oats and wheat for maximum mouthfeel and body, and blending extremely aromatic hops just so, you create vibrant aromas and soaring flavours that also go on and on.
Cabin’s brew crew have absolutely nailed Paper Planes Hazy IPA (6.8%). Massive doses of Nectaron, El Dorado, Zamba and Galaxy hops give intense tropical fruit aromas of nectarine, peach, tangerine, mango and pineapple.
