Vinification method: Harvested at the end of September. grapes are from 20-year-old vines in clay and chalk soils at 300 meters in elevation. Fermentation on the skins of white and red
grapes mixed for 3 days in concrete tanks.
Tasting notes: Light ruby red color with violet shades, intense fruity nose, super-agile drinkability, fruity acidity and fun.
