Vinification: Pre-fermentation cold skin maceration for 4 days at 8° C in stainless steel tanks. Maximum fermentation temperature 22°C. Maceration 12 days. Alcoholic fermentation with selected and native yeasts. 100% malolactic fermentation.
Tasting Notes: Cherry red in colour. Aromas of cherries and ripe strawberries, with subtle spicy notes. On the palate it is sweet at first, with good acidity that provides freshness, rough-textured tannins, accompanied by a sweet and persistent finish.
