'Paritaru' Negroamaro

The Negroamaro “PARITARU” pays homage to the craftsman who, thanks to his mastery and knowledge, was able to erect the “Pajaru”, a rural construction made with the dry stone wall method, used as a shelter by farmers and shepherds. The Paritaru is still today an emblem of wisdom and experience, the same necessary for the creation of a great wine.

Paritaru is the fruit of that popular wisdom that over the years has become an art in winemaking and that gives us an intense red with purple reflections. An intense and persistent nose that gives notes of currant, blackberry and cloves that we find in the mouth accompanied by hints of dark chocolate and a spicy finish. It is a full-bodied wine, intense and with very soft tannins.
