2021 Piquette

Light wine flavored with apple, Picniquette is the result of a happy collaboration with our friends from the Cabane d'à Côté and Miels d'Anicet. Natural co-fermentation of Gray Frontenac and LaCrescent in stainless steel vats. Natural fermentation of apple juice in stainless steel vats, then blending of cider and wine just before the end of fermentation. Addition of raspberry honey from Miels d'Anicet in canning, without sulfur or filtration, then natural refermentation in cans. Unique beverage, halfway between wine and cider. Fine bubbles, light and aromatic, with a low alcohol content: ideal for a picnic or a hot summer day.
