Warm red fruit, pomegranate, subtle spice and raspberries. Over time, some aromas say goodbye, others are added - wine as a living product, a rosé that changes and invites you to drink mindfully. The dogma is complex and multifaceted, substantial and deep. The texture is substantial, but retains an inviting freshness. Acidity and tannins are present but never superficial companions. The finish is balanced, supple and persistent.
