Inspired by and originating from Copehnhagen's Noma restaurant, a multiple winner of World's Best Restaurant, Muri Drinks takes foraging, fermentation, and flavour layering to new heights in these non-alc beverage creations.

Murray Paterson founded Muri in 2020 after working as a distiller at the groundbreaking Empirical Spirits distillery in Denmark. Ioakeim Goulidis then joined him after a spell at the Noma Fermentation Laboratory.

Tasting Notes: Uplifting bubbles for modern times. Sherbet Daydream is our effervescent blend of redcurrant wine, pickled rhubarb, douglas fir, and juniper berry kefir.
