Hoppy Ale
7.0% ABV | 473ml
Two beers. One grain bill. Worlds apart in expression.
The Separation of Church and Skate is a hop-forward experiment in terroir, a side by side showcase of how geography, processing, and hop genetics collide to shape the final sip.
Brewed as separate batches with identical malt backbones, these two 7% Hoppy Ales are built to highlight the dramatic contrast between hops from the Pacific Northwest (𝙋𝙉𝙒) and New Zealand (𝙉𝙕).
The result is spectacular—a tropical and fruity hazy IPA with a creamy, soft mouthfeel and long-lasting foam.
