Natural Wine
Vinification Method: 100% whole berry. No intentional skin contact. The darker colour is purely from the concentrated and deeply coloured fruit from Rice’s vineyard.
Fermented with ambient yeast and bacteria in barrel until full malolactic fermentation. Full lees contact for six months before elevage in stainless steel prior to bottling. Only sulfur added. 33ppm Free SO2 at bottling.
Tasting Notes: Notes of raspberry, cherry, hibiscus, blood orange and grapefruit. Chill this beauty down and bottoms up.
