Like light escaping hands clutched over a flashlight, or neon from at the end of the alley, this fruited sour lights up our world. Passion Fruit, Orange and Guava are blended into the fermentation, then we age out on fleshy tropical pith. The result? A mimosa-like sour that's as hazy as it is juicy. Drawing inspiration from Catharina sours in Brazil, this beer is truly fruit-forward and its low bitterness is complimented by a clean lactic sourness, culminating in a carbonated juice-like finish.
