Produced in the Loire Valley, this Sauvignon Blanc has been selected for its exceptional aromatic potential and its balance of sweetness and acidity, enabling us to produce a base wine that is ideal for the delicate exercise of de-alcoholisation. A touch of Cot and Cabernet Franc give this wine its delicate pink colour and subtle character of blueberry, raspberry and bramble.
