Natural Orange Wine
This wine comes from spalliera-trained Trebbiano vines planted in clay and limestone. The grapes were harvested the second week of September. They were destemmed into stainless steel for a month-long fermentation on skins. No punch-downs were done, only gentle pump-overs. The wine is then pressed off into tank for a quick settling before being racked into stainless steel for a four-month élevage on fine lees. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
