Yōkai Martini

Vodka Cocktail
23.2% ABV | 200ml

Made in collaboration with Ben Staley and Jake Roberts at Dorinku, this cocktail offers a haunting twist on the classic martini. Named for the mysterious figures that roam the back alleys and graveyards of Japan, it delivers an icy spirit-forward embrace.

Ingredients: Calamansi Vodka distilled with sake kasu, olive oil infused sake, Coriander Liqueur. 

Ways to enjoy: Store in your freezer door alongside your glassware of choice for at least 8 hours — until both the cocktail and the glass are thoroughly chilled. Once ready to serve, pour into the chilled glass and garnish with an orange twist. 

For those who might prefer a less spirit forward cocktail, consider pouring over ice in a tall glass and topping with soda for a complex and flavourful highball.
