Natural Red Wine
Since at least 1316 CE – and very likely for hundreds of years prior – grapes have been grown and wine has been made here on the hillsides of La Torre alle Tolfe.
This 100% Colorino, the rarest of our monovarietals, is known for its focused acidity, strong tannin structure, and intensity in both color and flavour. A great candidate for aging, as its current intensity can be expected to evolve into a more relaxed complexity after a few years’ rest.
