Natural Orange Wine
This wine is made from Falanghina (60%) and Fiano (40%). The grapes were macerated on skins, 70% destemmed and 30% whole cluster, for two days before being pressed into tank for fermentation. After a short elevage, the wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with 30ppm of SO2.
