Think of a black pilsner but cider style. We take our already delicious base apple cider and add Belgian Candy Syrup (usually used in Double and Triple Belgian beers) for back sweetening. While it sounds sweet, it is still semi-dry and gluten free! Notes of caramel, plum and molasses make their way if you are paying attention. Enjoy this cider in the darker days.
