Based on an obscure Czech beer style (Staropramen Unfiltered) and blurs the lines of conventional brewing wisdom by blending equal parts Czech barley and German wheat with a touch of coriander. Double decoction mashed, naturally carbonated, unfined/unfiltered, and gently lagered for ten weeks.
