Corsica is a brand spanking new hazy IPA. We have been experimenting a lot with the grain bill of our hazy beer and we are liking where this one is at. The body is very soft and round and compliments the dry hop of Citra, Simcoe, and Cascade. We taste a lot of orange juice pulp, mango, and a little bit of cedar.
