A few weeks ago, our friends from Bent Stick Brewing stopped by to brew up an all-Alberta beer with 100% local hops and malt.
Green Out is a bright, citrusy Pale Ale that boasts an embarrassment of agricultural riches from all corners of our fine province. We packed the mash with more fresh hops from Flatland Hops than you can shake a Bent Stick at, hence its verdant nature in both name and hue in the glass.
