We said we'd never make a sour, but Angie insisted! It's her poject! Highly carbonated, light, crisp and refreshingly tart. Sparing use of citrusy hops add minimal bitterness. Late addition of rhubarb adds fruity roundness while magnifying the dry, tart finish.
