A few months ago we hired a lovely Japanese woman named Fuka to work in our kitchen. Unbeknown to Us, her father was a highly regarded brewer at @beerbrain_brewery in Kashiwa-shi, Chiba Japan. One thing lead to another and in February her father Hiro came for his first visit to Canada to collaborate with us, together we brewed this Imperial Sour Ale, with strawberry, plum and featuring his Japanese salted Cherry blossom and leaves.
