Orchard Melon Brett Ale

A classic ale base, hopped with traditional German hops. We used a Brett yeast blend for secondary fermentation, adding a touch of farmhouse funk and pronounced pineapple aromas. Finished with orchard-grown pears, apples, and cantaloupes from Field House Farms.
