Kriek Mariage Parfait is an Old-Fashioned Kriek made with 18-month-old, strongly brewed lambic , to which 400 grams of fresh wild cherries per liter are added. After maceration and fermentation of the cherries in the lambic, this cherry lambic will age for an additional 6 to 8 months in oak barrels.
