For our third foray into stout season, we treated vanilla not as an ingredient, but as the main event, exploring seven global varieties to find the perfect blend, one that harmonizes with the character of our Willet Bourbon barrels. The result is a creamy and decadent midnight brew, evoking fire-kissed marshmallows and black forest cake, all anchored by a deep, multidimensional roast. Like all of our barrel-aged stouts, there’s a story in every sip.
