Natural Red Wine
This vintage of Grape Republic Rosso is from 2022. 100% grapes from Yamagata prefecture are used. Steuben, Delaware and Merlot are brewed using various brewing methods, then blended in the spring of 2023. Aged in 60% stainless steel,40% amphora for 8-9 months. Wild yeast,unfined,unfiltered,without any additives.
Tasting Notes: The aroma has a candy aroma derived from edible varieties, with red berry elements such as strawberries as the main focus, and a fragrant oolong tea-like aftertaste. The taste is fresh, with a bitterness reminiscent of blue herbs in addition to the sweet and sour fruit. The tannins are soft, and partly influenced by the amphora, it gives a smooth impression. The color is pale, but the taste spreads towards the aftertaste, giving it a "light and delicious" finish.
