This Apple Brandy is made the same way Calvados is in Normandy, France. This Brandy originates from Macintosh, Gala and Red Delicious apples from the Okanagan, fermented into an apple wine and distilled twice. This brandy was ages in a single cask made from French Limousin toasted oak for 18 months
