We've been lagering lagers for long time now. They take forever to finish and then we–because we are gluttons for punishment as well as beer and tacos, age them in wood just like in the old country. We've brewed just about every lager you've heard of and finally we decided on one to be our forever lager, fittingly from Czechia.
It checks (please don't) all the boxes. Decoction mash, Saaz hops from our favourite hop farm outside of Žatec. Fermented cold and lagered even colder. Aged in our beautiful oak foeder until perfect.
It's clean as a whip and we're ready to enjoy it forever and you should too.
