What makes it Wyrd: We took freeze-dried Neapolitan ice cream and said, “Yes, but beer.” We kept it as close to the real thing as possible, ignored several warning signs, and loosely based it on the 50’s thriller, Forbidden Planet. It’s part sci-fi, part dessert, and entirely the result of asking a question no one needed answered.
