The concept of Morality can be interpreted in many ways. In Quebec, it has a historical connection to alcohol. One thing is certain: this beer is brewed with an immoral amount of hops from a clever blend of Simcoe, Citra, and Centennial. The result is a dry, aromatic, and slightly resinous finish, reminiscent of tropical fruits and revealing a sharp bitterness. Collaboration with John Kimmich of Vermont's "The Alchemist" brewery.
