We’ve held this name in the bank for a while, waiting for the right moment—the dankest of dank WCIPAs, timed to everyone’s favorite high holiday. We went all in with some of our fave hand-selected hops (Nelson, Mosaic) alongside the most resinous lots we could find otherwise (Columbus Cryo and Nectaron.) The early palate hits with a clear, intense burst of tropical and citrus fruit, and, of course, lots of that sweet mary jane. Think maximum hop saturation, balanced by a light body. Drank ’em if you got ’em.
