Alfredo Maestro, beginning, in 1998, took place in a family garage in Peñafiel (Valladolid), where everything was manual, no machines. Little by Little the first wines began to be sold in the same garage, but quickly it became too small. Now he's found success all over the globe while being mainly biodynamic or no intervention (depending on the year), traditional thumb pruning with two buds, mulch whenever possible, mulch with straw and biofertilizers.
A Dos Tiempos comes from Navalcarnero (Madrid) at an altitude of 671 meters above sea level. The soil is sandy decomposed granite. Embracing Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes with a light aging. An “all-terrain” that surprises.
