Born from curiosity and craft, this unique spirit is distilled from fermented cacao husk - a byproduct of our Cacao Liqueur, created in collaboration with Delavoye. What might otherwise be discarded is transformed into something entirely new. Subtle chocolate in spirit form.
Ingredients: Spent Cacao Husk, Beet Sugar, Champagne Yeast
Serving Instructions: Enjoy it neat, over ice or mixed into your favourite cocktails to add a distinctive, subtle cocoa aroma. We love it in classics like the 20th Century!
