Natural Rosé
This wine is a blend of Steuben, Delaware, Niagara, and Neo Muscat grown in Nanyo. The grapes are partially direct pressed, partially skin fermented for one to two weeks, and partially carbonically macerated. The wines are then blended and aged in 2/3 stainless steel, and 1/3 amphora for ten months. It is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without SO2.
