Natural Sparkling Orange Wine
This vintage is from 2020. 100% Delaware from Yamagata. The first portion of Delaware was skin contacted for 12 hours, followed by a direct pressed portion. Fermented in stainless steel vats. The wine was then bottled with 12g/L of residual sugar for a light petillant effect.
Tasting Notes: A fresh frizzante with a fruity and sour taste, like biting into Delaware grapes themselves. The aroma is fruity, reminiscent of ripe pineapple and mandarin oranges. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the faint carbonation on the tip of your tongue. The taste is as fresh as the aroma, and you can directly feel the sweet and sour taste of table grapes.
