Natural Orange Wine
Vinification: The appearance is a bright golden hue due to macerato (maceration of grape skins and seeds). Using four white grape varieties from Yamagata Prefecture, skin fermentation was performed for approximately one week in various containers, including plastic tanks and amphorae. 15% whole cluster fermentation. 60% aged in amphorae, and 40% aged in stainless steel tanks.
Unfined, unfiltered, and no antioxidants or other additives are used.
