Natural Sparkling Rosé
All grapes are from Yamagata prefecture. Used various vinification by Delaware,Niagara and Steuben, then blended them for trying not to be too tannic. Fermented in stainless steel vats. The wine was then bottled with 14g/L of residual sugar for a petillant effect.
