Natural Wine
Semi-carbonic maceration for 15 days (depending on the vintage). Vatting of whole grapes in a vat previously filled with CO2. After the vatting period, the presses and the drops are assembled directly. The wine is then aged for 6 months. Cold tartaric stabilization.
