Double Cask is remarkable combination of expertise and passion. A rare collectable rum, and the first ever cask finished release. Master Distiller Dr. Joy Spence has flawlessly united two worlds: the tropical paradise of Jamaica and the misty Scottish Spreyside region.

In the warm, tropical weahter of Jamaica this fine rum was aged for eight long year in American white oak casks. Only then was it ready to be finished in barrels that previouslyheld Joy's favourite prized 18 year old Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Delicately spiced fruit twisted with dried honeyed raisins, caramel and sweet vanilla.
