This is a cider to showcase the good apples of Calgary. As the Fall nears, we open our doors to donations of fruit from backyard trees all over the city. The fruit is collected, sorted and hand-pressed before fermenting using the naturally occuring wild yeast from the apples themselves and aged 18 months on the lees. A true Calgary cider. A first of its kind.

With qualities of golden plum, orange wine, togetherness, & the smell of autumn orchard floor. You can taste the community of this city in every sip.

Through the generosity of Calgarians, a portion of proceeds will be donated to the Calgary Food Bank.
