Vinification: Whole berry primary fermentation and malolactic in tank followed by aging in a regimen of oak barrels, foudre, and tank for 16 months.

Tasting Notes: Rich and full-bodied with bold flavors and aromas of dark fruits such as blackberry, cassis, plum, and black cherry accented by spicy, earthy notes.
