Sip made a whisky! Galen (co-owner) had the privilege of sitting down with Bridgeland Distillery co-founder and their head sales manager to blend a whisky using 4 of Bridgeland Distilleries incredible whiskies.
Leaning more towards a bourbon, this blend contains a base of 53% Innisfail Whisky, 18% Glenbow Single Malt, 11% Taber Corn Whisky 101, and 18% Taber Corn Cask Strength. Offically declared as "Galen's Liquid Lunch", an ode to the many afternoons spent trying 100s of different whiskies that have come through our doors over the years.
On the nose, Galen gets notes of creamed honey, chamomile tea, prunes and roasted chestnuts, which meld together with cocoa, tobacco, and faint whisper of smoke.
