After opening, the aromas shift to cardamom, nuts, coffee, honey and butter. Without losing the dry mineral earth characteristics synonymous with Lowland Tequila. The first taste is a vibrantly refreshing with flavors of mint and fresh herbs with the contrast of bitter and sweet extending into the mouth. Honey and ripe fruits leave your palate with a sweet warmth.
