Natural White Wine
A beautifully balanced wine with loads of minerality, peach skins, a slight nuttiness, bright tropical fruit, sea spray, and a lovely soft texture. Fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeast in Suriol's underground concrete tanks for only three months, on the lees with bâtonnage, unfined and thus vegan, this wine is so uplifting and straight shooting, it feels like you're drinking it right there in the cellars with the families that grew it.
