Nova Scotia's appellation wine. Our 2022 vintage of Tidal Bay is made from a blend of l'Acadie, Seyval, Riesling, and Geisenheim. This still white is wild fermented with no sulphites at harvest. The vibrant acidity immediately invigorates the palate, echoing hints of honeydew melon, lemon rind, and acacia honey. An unmistakable Tidal Bay of special connection to place, thanks to an electric brightness pointing directly to a unique maritime climate.
